To log into the digital keys app, you need to use your email that the owner of the smartlocks used when they added you to the system. You should have received an email to your correct email address after you were first added to the system by the smartlock owner with your password. (It could be hours/days/weeks/months inbetween when the account owner added you to the system, and when you were generated a digital key. Check your spam if you don't have it - the email is from Use the same email address that you received the password email for, and use the password as the password to log in. If you are not sure of your email and password to log in with, check with your account administrator.
