Connect to the
global IoT network
No onsite equipment or infrastructure needed here. Our smartlocks have SIM cards inside and connect to the global IoT network that exists on local mobile networks
Connected access for smart locks 'out of the box'
Thanks to new IoT network roaming agreements, our NB-IoT smartlocks will work 'out of the box' on the global IoT network in 24 countries around the world. See which countries and their mobile network operators our smartlocks will work on below. Our smartlocks come fitted with an IoT SIM card and pre-paid data plans (30MB which typically lasts around 2 years, based on around 5 activations a day) and will work "out of the box" in 24 countries on the IoT networks which exist on 18 mobile networks such as T-Mobile, Vodafone, Telia, Swissom, AT&T and more (top-up pre-paid data plans range from € 4 for 3MB plans to € 6 for 15MB plans available here).
If you are in one of these countries but the coverage map shows that you don't have IoT network coverage (or if an IoT network coverage map is not provided), or if the IoT network is down, we use 3G as a fallback (the lock automatically connects to 3G network if it can't establish an IoT network connection). If you are country is not included on our list below, but your country is listed as having an IoT network on the GSMA website list here send us an email telling us your country and your preferred mobile network operator and we will chase up with them to get our product working on their IoT network with their IoT SIM's and connectivity plans.
