When you pay the monthly service fee ($3 per month charged $36 per annum in advance) we include an inbuilt SIM card from a Virtual Mobile Network Operator called 1NCE  (https://1nce.com/en-eu/)with unlimited data connectivity which works out of the box in 35 countries on 30 mobile networks.(https://www.digitalkeys.io/5g-iot-network) Our smartlocks will connect to the NB-IoT or LTE-M networks which exist on the 30 mobile networks that 1NCE has roaming agreements with (the smartlocks do not require 5G - 5G is a different network to the NB-IoT and LTE-M networks) and will work if you can get 3G, 4G or 5G coverage in your local area.

We also set up a web portal (cloud-based software account) hosted at AWS in your country/region which you can use to control and operate all your smartlocks. You can also get unlimited downloads of the digital keys app for your end users (download from online stores by searching Digital Keys).
