To connect the smart padlock to the local 5G IoT network for a remote unlock (either a local LTE-M or NB-IoT network, depending on your country) it will take a few seconds to connect (time to connect will depend on distance from nearest mobile tower and is around 5-15 seconds).

When a connection is established, the letters NB or M1 will display in the top left corner of the LED display with signal bars (depending on what your local network is NB = NB-IoT network, and M1 = LTE-M network). You can then ask your account administrator to click on the remote unlock button in the asset management software to send an unlock command to the padlock and unlock it.
