To connect the smart doorlock to the local 5G IoT network for a remote unlock (either a local LTE-M or NB-IoT network, depending on your country) it will take a few seconds to connect (time to connect will depend on distance from nearest mobile tower).

 

When a connection is established, a green light will continually flash for around 10 seconds. During this time, you will need to have the account administrator click on the remote unlock button in the asset management software to unlock the lock.
