To log into your account, you need to use your email you used when you purchased your smartlock, and the password that was emailed to you in a seperate email. Only you as the account owner/administrator can get access to your account. Please note when you create users in your account, they can't get into your software account, they can only unlock your smartlocks with the digital keys app. As account owner/administrator if you want to unlock with the digital keys app yourself, you need to choose your email in the user list when you generate a digital key.
