To view the smartlock activities;

1. On the left menu in your software account, click on 'Events'

2. Here you will see all activity on all the smartlocks in your account.

If you have multiple locks, and you just want to view the activities log for one smartlock, go into the smartlocks page, and click the 'calendar' icon on the end of the row where your smartlock is listed. 

 

Examples of activities recorded here include

1. Digital Keys creations (including PIN, app)

2. Digital Key unlocking/locking and by who

3. Remote unlocks

4. Users added/edited

5. Smartlocks added/edited

6. Assets added/edited

 

You will also get live notifications (emails) to account owners for all events.
