Can I use my own SIM card?

You can't simply replace our current SIM card with your own SIM card, as our smartlocks have been configured in our systems to specifically work with only this SIM card and the specific roaming partner carrier in your country.

However, we can replace the SIM with another carriers SIM, but we will have do a small amount of configuration of our system to the 'other carriers' networks with the carrier or a local distributor in your country. We will need to charge a small fee for this. Please email us info@digitalkeys.co if you would like to learn more about this option.
